Professor Alexsandro, affectionately known as Prof. Leke, is the Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling coach at Impact MMA. With over 24 years of coaching and competitive experience from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Prof. Leke holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt, awarded to him by none other than Ricardo Vieira, the founder of Checkmat. As a proud member of the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), Prof. Leke carries forward the legacy and high standards of the prestigious Checkmat lineage.
Highly respected within Singapore's BJJ community, Prof. Leke is known for his unwavering dedication to his students. He firmly believes that with the right mindset, every student can achieve their goals. By pushing his students to exceed their physical and mental limits, Prof. Leke is committed to spreading his passion for the sport to learners of all ages and athletic backgrounds, building a strong and supportive community under the Checkmat banner.
